The firmware version of your Smart Mirror: You can find this in the settings of your Smart Mirror under "About device". Please note the exact version number.

Please provide us with all of the above information when placing your order. This will allow us to register the upgrade correctly for your Smart Mirror and ensure that you receive the correct version of the upgrade kit.
What to Expect:
After you have provided us with your contact and device information, we will verify it and send you an invoice by email. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your upgrade kit within 3-5 business days.
The upgrade kit includes everything you need to update your Smart Mirror: a special 150cm USB cable, a USB stick with the new firmware, and a detailed printed manual. Please note that the update process must be done manually, and a Windows PC or laptop with Windows XP through Windows 11 is required. Unfortunately, the upgrade is not compatible with MAC systems.
